Why not Have a book store ( Duke's Book Mart ) where you can use mission points ( or cash ) to buy Books

The main draw of the books is to encourage monthly subscribers so I don't see Ched going for this one.
I will be honest that's when I signed up as a subscriber so it worked on me =) Books aside it's not that expensive to subscribe and I love not having to hustle up $24mil each month for a DP purchase.
