says on the calandar the ToT event would start at 12TCT so myself and a bunch of others wasted a ton of E and got no candy >:(

No, 12:00 is the expected start date going forward.

It's confirmed for this year, 12 TCT start?
Please confirm time that we can start getting candies. Not just start of event. Last year the "event started at 1200, but you couldn't get candies until 1400". Please advise since last year i wasted a ton of e for nothing.
Bogie has said that it’ll be released in the newspaper, which is looking like it’ll be released on Monday. Just means that most factions will have to organise chain start times with a few hours notice.
