I do not have access to my chat boxes. Is there a reason why? I am using Chrome. Microsoft Edge shows the chat boxes.

i had the same thing earlier today, but a simply refresh solved it for me (though all in the same browser for me, firefox)
just now however, it seems my chat got rolled back at least a few hours or something, i cant even see my friends reply anymore while i have read it earlier lol... it just shows my previous chat before it now
his and my msgs since then till now just disappeared along with some crazy msg saying not connected .... but that shouldn't end up in msgs i know that were there earlier disappearing,
whole chat system is just a buggy clusterf*

Do you have scripts/extensions installed on Chrome? Please try disabling all scripts/extensions, clear your browser cache and relogin to see if it helps. Thanks!
I have disabled all scripts, clear cache, and relogged in. Still no chat boxes
Can you please check once in Incognito mode on Chrome? Issue occurring on a single browser generally indicates a script/browser related problem.

Chat works in Incognito mode. What do I need to do for it to work in regular mode on Chrome?
Can you please completely uninstalling Torntools/DoctorN and check if it works? You mentioned disabling scripts, but there are extensions which you may have missed.
Spoke to OP on chat, site data seems to have been cached before uninstalling the scripts. Doing a fresh site clear and reset permissions has fixed the issue. Closing the report.
