Making travel between foreign countrys possible

I am thinking if One wins the lotto, One would want to do a worldwide travel. Going from one country to the next to eventually end up back in torn. being a true globetrotter.
Maybe there could be merit for going around the world too?

That would make earning profits way too easy and defeat the purpose of struggling to earn your $$$ but R+ anyways (cus it benefits me XD)

It is not efficient unless if you are hunting for specific items but it really should have been made an option by now.

not really cause it wouldnt allow you to carry more items
