Hi..i noticed that once you have finished a race then click the race icon (red one) and it will take you to Torn City Raceway. Then, when i click the official events and click join racing event, the racing icon on top left turns green (i did not select my car yet). So, i wonder is that classified as a bug?

You join the race with a default car when you click on the confirmation, so even if you don't choose a car by navigating away from that page, you still are entered in the race with a default car. This was done few months ago to show you the Track name on the top before you choose a car.
