no. they expire in a few days. idk the exact time. maybe a week or so.

You can't cancel it
But if you feel bad about bounties you put on someone, send the guy meds/bloodbags or get him revived

Essentially If you work at a 7* or more company. You can not virtually be bounty-ed with job points.
P.S: I don't know about this first hand.
