I escape from duke, yet i was put in the hospital for a time out....

A fight lasts for 300 secs (5 mins), you timed out before hitting escape. Hence it counted as a loss:

Although I am unsure why the other two results got recorded. OP shouldn't have been able to escape since they had timed out 3s before hitting escape:
