If you own a pi, do you lose happiness if you don't pay upkeep? I'm currently at $7m in upkeep owing but 0% happiness loss.

A couple of things. Yes, once you hit 50m in unpaid, your happy will slowly start to decrease.

Do note, Duke will then start attacking/mugging you and it may result in you getting bountied as well. He will get his money back!<.<
