I just bought a PI with a happiness of 4525 and am looking for a spouse to pay for the upkeep. The current upkeep is 182k a day. Benefits of a PI include private pilot (don't have to pay for flights and cuts down on travel time), increased happiness, and the ability to bring back more items when buying in foreign countries.
