Some of the items I’ve found and won on the mini games have spawned in my inventory: the alcohol and candy, however the two E cans I found have not. I found the E cans after the alcohol and candy. I’m playing on IPad and using safari as my browser.

If you didn't receive certain items from the event, it means that you played it on debug mode or on a custom unreleased map. Patches were being made yesterday and it is possible that the Christmas town was shut down for you for a brief period.
It is open for everyone now and you should get all the items that you collect, they will also be shown under your Activity Logs.
