when you attack people they get an event. (ei: ScrollMaster [2627767] mugged you and stole $69,420)
but if your settings allow, (settings>attacking), you can stealth attack. when you attack, depending on what weapons you use, if you are masked, and some weapons mods, you have a small or large chance of stealth attacking, so they wont know who it was. (ei: Someone mugged out and stole $69,420)
there's no way to find out who it was, but in the attackers faction page for attacking it will show who they attacked even if they stealthed, (not available to you (unless they are in your faction), and you can also have players sit on your attack page with out actually fighting and they can see who joins the fight and defeats you even if they stealth.
