Possibility I haven't thought this through enough (its Friday, I am locked down and there may be beer involved)...but, mass chain event...all factions involved....target say..250k or 500k...same rules as a faction chain (hits within 5 mins)..everyone that wants to takes part and the wonderfully generous Ched gives a banner/tokens etc for taking part/making x hits etc..that's it
