after struggling with frustration on my company im making a thread. on the company positions tab it lists working stats required, my employee effectiveness listed on torn stats is 150% for my entire company. some of my employees are reading as low as 104 on the employee page. if this is changed we should know the stat requirements? i need my company looked at because something is twisted somewhere. i had 10 stars for ages. lets make it so directors can sort what is needed to make the company 10 stars again please.

The 150% thing hasn't been relevant for a long time, you can perhaps check with IceBlueFire about getting that updated. Quoting Chedburn for the exact logic for Work stat effectiveness:

Having the exact requirements = 90 working stat effectiveness. Then I believe it's +5 for every doubling after that.

Please also do note that the Employee work stat bonus gives a flat 20% boost to the work stats of your employees. So don't forget to factor that in before you check if the values are being accurate. You can read about that in this thread.

Yup. I have the same issue. All started with new merits upgrade. Apparently, you noob just like me and we have no clue how to run the company.
