Not sure if this is due to playing on mobile but the filter button partially covers the "hall of fame"
Have tried on both kiwi browse and the torn app so not sure if it's an actual bug/issue

Might want to file another report if the reasoning behind isnt the same as this one as that could be from something else but check the reasons below prior.
But did u have:
- Enough Health?
- the intravenous therapy course completed
- enough free Med CD
