It is a consequence of the bug submitted in the OP, you need to be precise while clicking a name, if you click in the Red area, it will select the name fine, it even highlights the name: [image: i.imgur.com] …

It is a consequence of the bug submitted in the OP, you need to be precise while clicking a name, if you click in the Red area, it will select the name fine, it even highlights the name:

If you click in the blue area, it will close the Send Item screen and open the description of the item in the background:

Once the main bug gets fixed on Prod, the area behind the user search area won't be clickable.

If you type in the full name correctly you can just hit send without clicking any names
