Device: Apple iPhone XR; iOS 14.3; I’ve tried on internet and app as well it just wont clear out. I also have recurring issue where torn captcha (like for gym and crimes) will not load properly if at all. Torn gods please help! Thanks!

Im playing on iphone app dont see screenie option. Im trying to clear jumbled wording where u personalize your bazaar. I have tried normal methodsays its updated with new message but will not clear out.
