So one of my employees' effectiveness turned to 0, although he has been active for the last couple of days, actually 9 hours ago he was. Still he has a -157 inactivity, which doesn't make sense as that needs like a whole week of inactivity. Anyone knows what the issue could be?

just because they come online does not mean they are active, they need to train in the gym and do crimes, anything that gives the Captcha at least once a day for minimum activity
