it says it boosts my employee's effectiveness but I don't know what it means

Some companys have a manager role, if this role is filled, then all employees are more effective to the company due to boost the manager provides, which will increase profits/customers

Just thought I'd point out that it doesn't improve effectiveness in all employees. Only to those that don't have enough work stats for whatever position they may be working in.
