Sell store

Create a sell store for people want specific items.
Similar like the bazaar but the owner will buy instead of selling.

They can add one of the items they request, the quantity and the price they want to buy them, and they will "pay"/hold the full amount for the items.

That could help people afraid of selling because of mugging and big buyers.

Here is my idea for buyers. Instead of putting stuff on bazaar and constantly undercutting others, if there was a bidding system then things would be simpler.

Instead of just displaying items on offer in the item market, we could have offers and bids. If you bid for an item, the full amount will be deducted immediately. There will be a market fee.

Since many sellers try to sell their items ASAP, they tend to undercut other sellers repeatedly. With existing bids visible, a seller can decide to match the highest bid to sell immediately or go a bid higher and wait. Similarly, a buyer who can't wait will just buy from the best available offers. But if they can wait, they can bid their own price and wait.

This is a system that already exists in other games. I'm not sure how suitable it will be for Torn or if it will be welcomed.
