When you attack/leave a target, I think an interesting mechanic is to make it so that you can leave a message for them that can be seen in their events, with the flavour being that you left a note at their body. Maybe even make it so that you can see the messages left by attackers in the hospital, would make trips to hosp a lot more interesting...
