Is it possible to add the Racing Skill Values to have 4 decimal spaces and having it added in the API?

This would certainly help in creating a better user interface for many scripts and apps (in my case for Torn PDA) without the need to listen to calls in the website.
The information is already there, as it is passed to the racing section with 4 decimals, so I guess it shouldn't be too difficult and would only mean a better user experience for racers.
