[Punishment]
''Expulsion and Exile/Banishment'' - you will receives a notice that you been "expelled" from the Tojo Clan. This is known as "hamonjo" and is meant to state that the recipient is no longer tied to the organization and is now for all intents a civilian. The thing about hamonjo is that is possible to reverse it. You'll be expected to be completely banished from the life, what's known as "zetsuenjo", an irreversible expulsion that would mean that even associating with members of the yakuza would result in severe hostilities.

For new families being establish we require you to change your faction's name and convert to the yakuza clan.
We will provide you names and symbols to that represent your family.
Leaders of each faction will have the opportunity to become a major power with in the Tojo clan.
Graphics will be well made and sent to you by the Captain of the Tojo clan.
