Having hit 15 of these triggers on the wiki, my rank has not yet increased. I've tried to to click into awards and rank but it didnt trigger it.

ghost trigger probably
The rank trigger for battle stats are more of a guide. Unless you have well balanced stats, the number can be higher than what is mentioned for Battle stats trigger on wiki. Your stats build is unbalanced, if you don't have the rank that means you don't meet the requirements for the trigger yet.
