Transform everything you own that has a monetary value into a dollar amount reflected by current market value and add it all up.

Anything with a cash value (Items/dollar in faction armoury/vault do not count.) Or stuff ina trade, if in when net W. gets calc. at midnite.

Apart from what the people above said,
Tornstats networth calculation is a bit buggy. because it includes your 'lent' items in your nw. (Ex: You take a DBK from your faction -> adds 800k+ to your nw)
Torntools netwroth calculation is pretty much good.. download torntools and open the torn home page. You will see your current nw breakdown.
The NW breakdown in personal stats page doesn't upgrade in real-time.
The market value calculated by torn is not the present lowest item market/bazaar value, it is an average of the price of the given item over a very long period. (not sure how long it is).
