allow to pre-pay your staff, week by week, month by month, or year by year. or keep it as day by day on default.

would make sense to have the option to pay staff up front for their services, bypassing the need to pay tiny amounts every day

ideal for those who will no real reason to ever move out of their house.

You don't have to pay it day to day. I think it's about 2 months before the icon will even show up and even longer before there are any negative effects.
