Had an issue happen with the hockey bookie where match was marked as being a tie but the score ended 6 to 5 it did goto overtime but did not end in a tie providing a screenshot of bookie match. thank you for your time looking into this my real question or concern with this is there even being an option for a tie when a game can not even end in a tie

This is why a tie option is present on this type of bet.

What I imagine you meant to bet on was the "Money Line" portion for this game. (Purple)
This result would be whoever won the game, regardless of overtime.

There is no bug here, please make sure you know what you're betting on before doing so!
