Easy Routine

Get on in the morning and use all your energy in the gym but 30.
And use Baldr's Basic Advice to find someone to attack but leave don't hospital.
And Check your map every time for items.
And if you trying to earn a little money on the side bet $1000 in roulette. Bet only on even or odd for minimum damage.

To Add: Roulette is in favor to the house but it is easy to make small money. But i think making money is easer to make from the item shop.

I dont know why the posters reasoning is but yes its in the houses favor but if you stick to red or black, even or odd, or 1to18 or 19 to 36 you will have the best percentage of winning.
These bets all are the closest you can get to having a 50-50 shot, keyword is almost sense the 0 green tilts it to house favor and if the wheel has 0 and 00 then it actually gets a lot more in there favor. (But Torn doesn't play with the 00 wheel)
If anything you would wanna do the bet or put some on both even and odd so your guaranteed to break even if you dont want to lose money but want to get some merits. Though I forget the exact merit you can get from roulette.

Hey, it isn't about winning money. It is to get the 1,000 spins for a merit. For a beginner this would be easy and takes 13 days.
What I do is 1st is get the daily mission completed... That way one can get mission credits to spend on things like books, weap upgrades and maybe even special ammo for more merits...

To make money, just focus on getting to lvl 15 and then fly :)

maybe tell people about buying 100 beers in bits n bobs and about the 15 min refresh rule.. nice income contributes to housing costs.

My first part of my response is trying to answer Jay-Walkers question about if its in houses favor and also a guess at maybe why the OG poster would put that.
