Prostitution fits in with the overall theme of Torn. We should open up a brothel that you can use once a day. It costs a certain amount of money and gives a boost to happiness. You have a chance at catching a STD which gives you a HP and stat penalty until you get it cleared up. You can get it cleared up by flying to a location(I'm thinking the UK) that has a Healthcare option that is similar to the rehab system in Switzerland. You can use items that could either decrease your risk of getting a STD, like a condom, or temporarily reduce it's effects, like penicillin.
