Seems to be a bug with viewing people that are in jail while in jail yourself.

Same just happened to me, just came here to report it.

I was able to go to Item and Faction pages without issue,

Same issue. I've reloaded the page several times, navigated away to different parts of Torn - all of those worked, just looks like jail that is broken. Switched dark mode on and off, disabled all scripts, no joy.
