1 of my employee's has dropped to 0 stars efficiency (due to inactivity) ... yet they have only been inactive for 1 day anyone know why this would be the case?

They most likely are logging on but not performing any actions. Based on my understanding this is to combat companies that use multiple accounts or something to end. Tell your employee they actually need to spend some E or use nerve or you'll be forced to fire them.
