11:30:36 - 18/05/21 You were refunded for your $10,000,000 (x1.62) bet in the Bookie on Gael Monfils to win in Monfils v L Harris (Match Odds)

Why was I refunded this bet? Game is currently still ongoing and locked multiplier is shown.

Match played normally and Monfils won. The opponent name L Harris seems to be wrong so I lost 6,2m because you put the wrong name on the bet? Really?

If the bet was refunded it means that Betfair cancelled it for whatever reason. There's nothing that can be done about it from Torn side. Entire bookie section runs off Betfair provided data.
