Hope someone can help,

Everyone now and then on the mobile application i take a xanax, it doesnt give me the energy and i end up with a drug cool off period with zero benefit just down a xanax, this has happened a few times now over the last month and it is rather irritating! if someone could advise why or what to do to avoid this happening again please do let me know!
