I have a merit reset available. What would be the best way to use them?

It appears your a more casual player based on your personal statistics. Based on your 127 available merit points (0 purchased), networth, drug usage, total crimes, and mugging stats, I would suggest the following:

1. Crime Experience - 8 Points
2. Education Length - 10 Points
3. Bank Interest - 8 Points
Total - 127 merits used

As Naro mentioned though, it really is based on your play style. These merit recommendations will likely benefit you the most based on what I can tell from your statistics.

Here's a guide by Andyman that further explains the merits. See which ones appeal to you and use those. But consider giving Orions list some thought. Seems like good choices to me.

Orion's suggestions are a very vanilla approach to Torn, but that doesn't make them bad. I have no merits in anything he mentions and I'm as happy as a violent clam who put all his merits into fighting.
