I have two parakeets and was wanting some advice on how to tame them.

Speak to them and associate with them more make finger suggetions and show hem how you want rhem to move or which type of whistle you want by singing the tune to them
Hand-feeding treats has worked well for me with other birds. If they learn that you are where food comes from, they'll enjoy spending time with you.
