So flying has been around for longer than I've played, so most players know it better than me, but is there any way we can make flying more fun? Maybe allow certain casinos to be played? I think it would add a whole new meaning to flying and it would make more people enjoy flying.

I feel we should be able to take items like first aid when flying and be able to use them. I don't see the essense of being hospitalized abroad and you can't even use meds. Assuming I have 19 capacity for travels. I should be able to take meds, maybe Making it 18 more spaces. That's my own suggestion.
