just got back from traveling and bout 19 fox plushies. wont let me exchange and says i only have one fox

edit: it's a display issue with museum showing you have plushies/flowers in stock but you don't. Verifiable by looking at your items page. I noticed this issue on my end today.

I’m having the same problem. I have a full set but it won’t let me exchange anything. It’s been this way for maybe a day or two.

that would explain why it is only letting you exchange 1 set…. Can’t answer why the foxes ain’t showing but that is probably some add on you’re using.

Bug reports are public for a reason, there’s a lot players can help with, staff are busy. Hey at least you’ve learned to be clearer on the issue in future.
The last time you bought Red Fox plushie was on 1st June. Based on the time of filing the report, you had purchased Monkey Plushie when you had travelled.

Based on your screenshot, you only have one stingray plushie, you need more of them. There's currently an issue with the Museum page which doesn't mark the unavailable items (confirmed report here). Does that answer your question?

Once you edited it it made more sense, but you literally said you bought 19 foxes (but you didn’t) and even though you only had 1 stingray you thought you should be able to exchange 19 sets. But I’m the one with issues >.<
