New item - map

Add a map as an item to allow players to view the map while in hospital.

Recently found that it's hard to plan a def strategy when involved in a war.

A map item could have a time limit on it or could be a perm perk like holding a crime enhancer

Perhaps as a laptop feature similar to Google maps?

That could definitely work.

R+ I have ran into this issue, even if they made it view only, so you cant pick up items when in hosp or something.
