Well, you own the highest profit 1 star SS according to the company list, I’m guessing it has to do with your company’s age. As far as I know you can only reach a certain amount of stars depending on how old the company is, maybe wait for next week and see if you rank up.
(this is the reason why people like to buy older company’s, they can rank up more stars faster if you have the right staff)
he means, for each star, there is a hidden amount of total sales your company has to reach. Naturally the older an active company is, the more sales it accumulates. Hence, why company age is often mistaken for hidden value.
Also, you may already know, but you only have the chance to star up or down every Sunday at 18:00 tct.
It's either because you haven't met the total sales required or because there's a lot of companies performing much better.
Figure out how to fix the 2nd issue and I guarantee you'll gain a star on Sunday. The first issue can only be fixed with a combination of time and increasing daily sales. But if you have been making enough sales for the last few weeks then you're already eligible for a 2nd or 3rd star... Perhaps even a 4th
