    The dealer had a “natural” which beats 21. A natural is 10 or facecard and Ace. 21 is a collection of cards making 21. I’m afraid you lost here.

I placed a bet on blackjack and had 11, I then picked up 10 which gave me a 21, the dealer showed his hands which was also 21. Instead of the usual tie I didn't get my money back though. Here is the log

Is this normal? I'm sure its usually a tie.

As said above, Natural (Ace + face card/10) beats everything else. The only way to Draw against a Natural is if you have a Natural of your own.
