SO the guys from that specific faction came to me to edit the work a bit. And change up some stuff.

Tried to resolve the issue and removed it from my thread:

GilliamP: Those guys actually asked me to do it

Also wants me to pay him off for doing a job for someone.

Also placed 10 bounties on me so I placed them back.

You always have a choice when taking an offer.
Ripping is never the right call.

No need to try and give me a bad name for doing an honnest job, that faction owns all the rights to that graphic if they buy it from you, so if they want stuff changed they can take it to anyone.

You no. It's not a honest job when it's ripping. If they need stuff changed they can contact the original aurhor. I never sold the rights of the image.

Just my 2 cents, but how could poor guy have known it's your work? Of course, if the piece is watermarked or something, that changes things.

They had no way. Still if it's clearly original gfx, it's still ripping. Just unlucky i noticed.

You're right about that, he should've asked the guys contacting him about the edit... but you gotta admit, it's not entirely his fault. Those guys should have contacted you to change your design, in my book it's a pretty dick move to take your work to someone else.

We all aware you try to solve the issues but it seems the OP didn't want to, and feel so entitled about it.
Just move on. If you've been here in torn for quite some time, you would notice that the same person you are having beef right now is just salty to every gfx artist that he does not approve, so your not the first one :p

And grilling GilliamP for doing the edits on a work he didn't know was yours is really low. He wasn't even a dick about it. The faction told him he was allowed to work on it and now deleted it on your request.

he could have made his OWN work. And edit that how he pleases. Instead of STEALING my work.

Isn't the customer the one who stole your work then? You and the customer part ways and you even gave the customer a refund.

The customer is the one who gave your work to Gilliam, and who also lied to Gilliam that the work is done by a fac member and can be edited.

Hopefully you are not picking on Gilliam because you can :)
