How come I can post ????? ? ? ?????? ????????? - ??????? (???????) here and not on my personal profile?

Is this an issue with the Cyrillic alphabet, just wondering how the same text shows up as questionmarks at the top of my profile.

Edit: after posting it shows up as questionmarks here as well ffs
