Trade them for Cans which you can sell. Check their value to get an idea of how much to sell for :)
You can use job points on job specials which do various things depending on the job. Grocer specifically can use them for cash, candy, alcohol, and energy drinks.
The best option is as others said.. stealing energy drinks.
But for that you would need 25 grocer points.
You may need to get promoted first. So do not use up your grocer points until you promote to the highest position.
It will give you good work stats per day.
But honestly you can better join a player run company for better income out of the job.
You would get good company specials and if lucky some salary and director trains which will boost your work stats quick enough.
