I have a pi i want to sell.

It has everything apart from the yacht.

If i sell to the game i get back 705 mill. Is there other options as im sure with the upgrades it cost alot more than 705bmill. Please any advice tops etc greatly welcome. Been a while since i looked into property sales anf buying and im guessing things have changed alot.

Why not just rent it out to players?

You can also sell your PI directly to other players, whether that be to traders or on the property market.
