Attacking and mugging is part of game. If you insult him for doing what is a part game, what do you expect in return? If you think he will say sorry, if you insult him then you need to grow up. Many people mugs RR players as there is chance of getting decent money. Just move on.
No body knows why people can be asshole. Maybe they have shit real life and need to boost their ego in online game. The more you play the more creeps you will meet along the way. What you can do is focusing in how to enjoy the game and just play the game. A dude used to bounty and hosp me for months when i was your age. When i asked about it he just laughed at me and continued. I never let him make me enjoy the game less and now I'm stronger than him. So be brave and just focus on you.
Ps: hospital isn't a bad place to be. You just need to get out for train n crime anyway.

This equals to a whopping 400k. So If OP claims he was mugged for 2m, it obviously was not Zakkk.
So Zakkk did virtually nothing, got accused of being a liar by OP and then got insulted on top.
