I just read another thread wondering if merit resets rise in price after each use and while reading it wondered if torn still gives out free merit resets on Christmas and stuff? Thanks in advance

Yes they are still given out.
Yes they go up in price each time you buy one (free ones received/used do not increase the cost to buy them, only buying them does)
