I have just spent some time this morning upgrading some properties which are just sitting empty. I have:

1 x 2600 Happy Castle (1 Left)
3 x 1750 Happy Palace (0 Left)
7 x 1200 Happy Ranch (3 Left)
5 x 1000 Happy Mansion (6 Left)
8 x 925 Happy Penthouse (8 Left)

If you know anyone in need of a property please just tell them to give me a message and they can lease for as long as they like free of charge :)
