Serious question....Why pay upkeep until you absolutely have to? Get some interest off your money first :P

Don't bother posting in suggestions, it won't go anywhere. This is suggested at least once a month and Ched has already replied that he doesn't understand the purpose of this. There is no mechanic requiring you to pay daily and no penalty if you wait several weeks to pay the bill. His intention was never for players to pay daily, that's something we have decided to do. If you paid upkeep once every two weeks you would have the exact situation you are asking for, so just do that if it matters to you.

Just pay the upkeep, rent, etc... Why is this an issue?

Do you ask your mortgage company if you can pay in advance?

Can you be still racing if you get hosped midway?

Also, how is it mortgage, it is paying people you hire for your house like maids and stuff. I can prepay them if I want to and sign a few year long contract.

It's good advice early game, though.
