Hi

Wouldn't it be cool to hire a racer to race for you?
Of course if it's like an npc of sorts then you pay them a wage and if they come out in the top 3 they get a bonus.
Just like your character they have a racing skill which increases as they race and they have the option to ask for you a raise,
OR
even can make transfers and sell your driver etc.
almost sounds a bit like fifa manager feature but I think it would be cool.

Yeah! In fact, why do anything for yourself? Hire a personal trainer to train your stats for you! And an investor to invest money in stocks for you! Hell, hire a bazaar manager to buy and sell items on your bazaar for you!

f**k no, it literally doesn't take anything to race other than a racing license and a car. You cannot seriously be that lazy.
