That is out of date and will need removing. Orb is correct, applications are now handled on the faction page itself following this update.

Cancel application for what?

If it's for faction, i think you can go to that certain factions page and just cancel it there. Not sure which application you are asking for.

According to the Wiki, you can cancel a Proposal, Faction application or Company application from your Preferences > Management tab.

I found the link for the tab in this thread - I don't have a Management tab, maybe because I don't have any pending applications right now.
