The company I'm in right now has had a star up streak and we're at 9 stars right now. I was wondering what our popularity % would have to be to star up to ten, thanks in advance!

Company popularity is the percent of your weekly income compared to the highest weekly income of your company type, regardless of ratings. I dont think you can safely say what percentage you need to rank up, but to get a rough idea of what you need to star up to 10* you can do the following:
In your company type you should look at the highest weekly income of the 9* companies and the lowest few 10* companies. highest income for 9* companies are probably ranking up the next week, the ones with lower income 10* companies likely scale down to 9*. Based on that information, right now, the income you want to aim for is between 6.800.000 and 7.300.000 weekly income.
That is, if your company is old enough and is 'allowed' to star up to 10* based on age or some kind of income-cap. But your company is 2+ years old so that wouln't be a problem.

Thanks a lot!
starring up every week is pretty imperssive, your director is doing things right.. Good luck in going to 10*!
